As a Cashier, you will be serving our internal and external guests by handling cash, chips, voucher transactions and process jackpot payments. While working as a Banker, your role will be to maintain our Customer Ticket Redemption units, process and balance main bank transactions. You will work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations to comply with all applicable laws, policies, FINTRAC and Anti Money Laundering procedures.

Under the general direction of Guest Services/Marketing, this position will be responsible for bringing energy and excitement to our stadium games, building loyalty with our patrons, maximizing the service in the Stadium Games area, participating in promotional activities and events, and delivering a professional and exceptional level of customer service. This role will interact and partner with our Executive Hosts, Gaming Hosts, Leadership Team Members, and patrons on a regular basis. Above all, the Gaming Host will provide a true and unique entertainment value to our patrons in the Stadium Game by creating a buzz and real excitement.

Upon opening and under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, this position is responsible for general and specialized maintenance and repairs to site property, including regular compliance inspections and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities will include maintenance/service of HVAC systems, as well carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting duties as required. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment and demonstrate the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to guests and employees.

Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Manager, this position is responsible for performing housekeeping, cleaning and sanitization duties of assigned areas at the property. Operates equipment including vacuums, floor polishers, buffers, etc. Maintains site in a clean, hygienic manner ensuring environment is safe and hazard free. Upholds safety and security standards of the corporation including use of personal protective equipment as necessary. Assist in maintaining good public relations with guests by ensuring guest service standards are achieved.
